As of March 1, 2024, the Pontifical Academy for Life has its headquarters in the Vatican complex of San Calisto, in the Piazza of the same name in Rome's Trastevere district.

The official address is: Pontifical Academy for Life, Palazzo San Calisto, 00120 Vatican City.
The original Palazzo is located in the Piazza di Santa Maria in Trastevere; the later extensions have the entrance in Piazza di San Callisto.
In the courtyard of the palace is the well where, according to tradition, Pope Calisto I was martyred. According to the Lateran Pacts the entire area of the Palace belongs to the Vatican City State and constitutes one of its extraterritorial zones in Italy.
