New Leadership for FIAMC: Professor Jozef Glasa Elected President
Professor Jozef Glasa is the new President of the International Federation of Catholic Medical Associations (FIAMC). Slovak, he was elected President of FIAMC on July 31, 2026, in Brasilia (Brazil), during the General Assembly held at the 27th World Congress of the Federation.
Our Academy extends its congratulations and best wishes for success to the new FIAMC President. We are certain that under the new leadership, the fruitful collaboration that has seen the PAV and Catholic physicians working together in recent years for medicine that is increasingly close to the wounds of contemporary humanity will continue.
