Notes on the Covid19 Emergency
It is time to look back on the hardest months of the pandemic to question what we have learned and to make a strong commitment to ensure that we do not put aside our reflection about health policies, life, the importance of vaccines, and universal access to care.
For this reason, the Pontifical Academy for Life considers it opportune to republish in a single volume the documents that have addressed the various aspects of the health and social emergency in the years 2020-2021 (some of the documents were drawn up in collaboration with the Vatican Covid-19 Commission coordinated by the Dicastery for Integral Human Development). Now our task is to look ahead, proving that we have learned the lessons of the pandemic, to educate to universal brotherhood, taking seriously the encyclical Fratelli Tutti.
